If you like your meat juicy, tender, and flavorful, there is one simple ingredient that can improve all three:

Poultry and Pork Soak
Rub 'dem Ribs Poultry and Pork Soak is a perfect combination of spices
to marinate your poultry or pork in. Your meat will be extremely juicy and
infused with a wonderful flavor.
Directions for use: In a sauce pan combine the contents of this packet and 2 cups of water. **If you are using the 2 gallon size see below. Bring to a boil stirring. Remove from heat. In a container combine the mixture and 6 cups of cold water. Chill the brine in the refrigerator. After your brine has chilled you can use it to treat your poultry or pork. Place the meat in a container and pour enough brine into the container to cover the meat. An ice cream bucket works well. Place the container containing the meat and brine in the refrigerator and allow to soak for 8 hours. After the meat has soaked for the 8 hours remove from the brine and rinse. You can now cook the meat in any fashion you prefer.
Ingredients : Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Onion, Natural Smoke Flavor Net weight 7.4 oz. Makes approximately 2 quarts.
**If you are using the 2 gallon size package mix the package contents with 2 quarts of water and bring to a boil. Then add the mixture to 6 quarts of cold water. Chill the mixture and after it is chilled use it to cover your meat such as a turkey.
