RUB’DEM RIBS RIBS

Rinse off your ribs with water and pat dry with a paper towel.  Coat the ribs on both sides with Rub ‘dem Ribs Seasoning.  Have a refreshing beverage while waiting for the rub to become moist.  Put on the grill, indirect heat, for about 2 hours or in the oven on a cookie sheet,  uncovered, for about 2 hours at 325 degrees.  Cook until tender.  Times will vary according to size and cut of ribs.
