Egg-Citing Egg Salad

| You too can make your egg salad "Egg-Citing" with this recipe. |
- 6 Hard Boiled eggs, cut in half

| Instructions:
Crumble the egg yolks into a bowl and chop up the whites. Mix everything together. Wha-la! Put a piece of leaf lettuce on a slice of bread or toast and add some EGG-CITING Egg Salad. Makes 4-5 full sandwiches. Serve 'em open faced or with a slice of bread on top.
