COMPANY’S COMIN’ TATERS

Wash and dice 4-5 large taters.

Put in a plastic bag, along with ¼ cup of olive oil,

2 Tablespoons of Rub ‘dem Rib Seasoning.

Seal bag. Now shake, shake, shake,

Shake, shake, shake…….. shake your bootie.

Put taters on a cookie sheet with some spray on it.

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Halfway thru the baking time, you can give it a stir.

Now if there is more people coming than 4, you will need to double the recipe.
