Baked Veggies

These veggies are easy to make and taste great.
  • ½ Package Asparagus Spears-whole
  • ½ Package of Mushrooms-sliced
  • 1 Medium Sweet Patato-cut very thin
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil

Instructions:
Put in a plastic bag, along with the Olive Oil and Rub ‘dem Ribs Seasoning. Shake ‘er up real good, till everything is coated. Spread on the ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven of 400 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes, stir it up, and bake another 10 minutes. Mmmmm, mmmmm, good.
