RUB’DEM RIBS RIBS 
Rinse off your ribs with water and pat dry with a paper towel. Coat the ribs on both sides with Rub ‘dem Ribs Seasoning. Have a refreshing beverage while waiting for the rub to become moist. Put on the grill, indirect heat, for about 1-1/2 hours or in the oven on a cookie sheet, uncovered, for about 1-1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Cook until tender. Times will vary according to size and cut of ribs. If you have company coming over, cook for an hour, put in aluminum foil and put in the oven on low heat for another hour.
Lick yer fingers and take all the compliments from yer guests.
KICK-BUTT CHILI
Brown 1-1/2# of Hamburger and drain.
2 small or 1 large can of petite diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato soup & 1 can of water
2 small cans of chili beans
½ of a large onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons of Rub ‘dem Ribs Seasoning
(That’s Right, no salt or pepper needs to be added).
Mix all the ingredients together and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 hungry guests. If you want to change the name of this chili to “Kick Ass” Chili, simply add 3 Tablespoons of Rub dem Ribs Seasoning.
